They were out of stock, so they provided a little discount or suggested a refund if I was okay with waiting. They stayed in contact about delivery times, and the order was nicely packaged. I'm glad I held out for the color I really wanted.

This desk is quite appealing and, when it's not being used, it serves as a lovely piece of furniture with no visible wires or gadgets, aside from the monitor.

Awesome item - fits perfectly in our hallway where we can now store the Sky Hub. Not really using it as a plant stand!!! It’s a great match for our console table, though I plan to swap out the shiny chrome handle. Not too sure about the delivery service they used? Got a call one morning at 7:30 to say it was coming that evening around 5, but it never showed up? Then the next day, they just appeared at about 8:30? Kinda odd?! But I’m really pleased with my purchase - thanks a bunch.

The table showed up promptly and was packed nicely. You’ll need a couple of folks to attach the legs and get it standing. It’s quite hefty. Someone pointed out in a different review that the extension piece needed a separate storage spot since it wouldn’t fit under the table. But actually, it can be stored underneath and is easy to get to by pulling the table apart; it slides on runners. Really happy with it. Thanks a bunch!

After chatting with Only Oak and a couple of other slightly cheaper online stores, it became clear that Only Oak was a well-organized business with fantastic and quick customer support, so I decided to place my order with them. Unfortunately, during the ordering process, my browser auto-filled my old post code, and I didn’t catch it, which led to a delivery hiccup. The way Only Oak handled the issue was really impressive and professional. I’d definitely recommend this company, even over those that are a bit cheaper.
